Most of the dishes of Vietnam are characterized by rice and agricultural products , mainly because Vietnam is an agriculture based country . is a style of cooking derived from Vietnam with fish sauce, soy sauce, rice, fresh herbs ,fruits and vegetables all commonly used. The most common meats used in Vietnamese cuisine are beef , pork ,chicken fish and various kinds of seafood.The Vietnamese also have a strong vegetarian tradition influenced by Buddhist and Chinese values.
Banb cuon or steamed rolled rice pancake. It's also another typical dish in Vietnam. This thin wrapper is rolled with pork ,minced shrimp and fried onion and then dipped in a mixture of fish sauce and lemon with chili .
Com hen or rice with mussel. It also typical dish .

INFLUENCES OF CHINESE DANCES
-- They influence us because Chinese people went our country to live and to made a business . When Chinese new year , the tradition of Chinese people they dance a Chinese dances.The lion dance and dragon dance are good examples of Chinese dances.Dragon dance is performed by a team whose job is to bring the motionless body to life while the Lion Dance which performers mimic a lion's movement in a lion costume , it is operated by two people .People in Philippines amazed by the dances of Chinese so that the others dances of Chinese played in theater. Many Filipinos, they are glad to see the dances especially when Chine New Year . :)
