                              VIETNAM CUISINE




                          Most of the dishes of Vietnam are characterized by rice and agricultural products , mainly because Vietnam is an agriculture based country . 
is a style of cooking derived from Vietnam with fish sauce, soy sauce, rice, fresh herbs ,fruits and vegetables all commonly used. The most common meats used in Vietnamese cuisine are beef , pork ,chicken fish and various kinds of seafood.The Vietnamese also have a strong vegetarian tradition influenced by Buddhist and Chinese values.


  * PHO 
             Pho or noodle soup is one of the typical dishes.Chicken or beef ,together with vegetables are mixed with the noodles in hot broth . It's simple but delicious .

 * BANB CUON
                    Banb cuon or steamed rolled rice pancake. It's also another typical dish in Vietnam. This thin wrapper is rolled with pork ,minced shrimp and fried onion and then dipped in a mixture of fish sauce and lemon with chili .


 * COM HEN
 
                         Com hen or rice with mussel.  It also typical dish .
